COURSE DESCRIPTION


This program offers a deep dive into the latest advancements in genome science, tailored for graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and early-career scientists across the globe. Ideal for individuals with a background in Biology, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Genetics, and related disciplines. It centers on innovative techniques for 3D genome analysis including ChIA-PET, Hi-C, and related methods. Through a weeklong laboratory hands-on training course, participants will learn essential skills for sample preparation, library construction, and sequencing data analysis. Expert-led lectures and discussions will be punctuated during the course to provide comprehensive knowledge and perspectives in the field of 3D genome biology.
